工作职责


主要职责:
负责管理海外零售店铺完成销售目标、进行日常运营管理、人员培训和发展、与海外商场进行沟通协调等。
具体职责:
1. 销售目标达成:带领海外团队完成公司制定的销售目标,并对销售数据进行分析和反馈。
2. 日常运营管理:负责海外店铺的日常运营,包括商品陈列、库存管理、促销活动执行等。
3. 团队建设和管理:负责海外团队的招聘、培训、激励、绩效评估和团队建设,提升团队整体战斗力。
4. 客户关系管理:维护海外客户关系,提升客户满意度,并对客户反馈进行收集和处理。
5. 沟通协调:负责与其他部门以及商场进行沟通协调,确保各项工作顺利进行。
6. 市场分析:关注竞争对手动态,收集市场信息,为店铺经营提供参考。
7. 承接部门内其他相关工作;
