工作职责
1. 根据项目需求,负责游戏整体架构和核心技术搭建,客户端功能开发; 2. 针对游戏特性的关键技术点选型及攻坚,把控代码品质,参与制定美术规范; 3. 负责游戏的性能分析、优化、技术问题解决; 4. 根据产品目标制定客户端开发计划,统筹分配客户端小组的工作内容,及时推动各项工作进度,以业务目标达成、提升产品品质为主要目标,兼顾一定的人员管理、培养职责。

1. 负责游戏核心系统及相关架构设计、实现与维护,支撑项目长期稳定演进; 2. 深入理解项目工程架构,运用设计模式、工程化编码思维拆解复杂工程问题,并推动高质量落地; 3. 研究与探索新的制作管线、工具链与研发流程,从工程视角提升内容生产效率、质量与稳定性; 4. 持续关注 AI 与行业前沿技术,评估并引入适合项目的技术方案,提升团队研发与生产效率。

Leveraging Xiaomi’s strengths in smartphones, the vast user base of HyperOS, and a large-scale network of AIoT devices, we aim to create innovative advertising solutions that balance monetization with a seamless user experience. This role is critical to the company's global business growth and plays a key part in driving overseas advertising revenue. As a Senior Programmatic Sales Expert, you will bring a comprehensive understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem and a proven ability to sell traffic monetization solutions. You will work at the core of the business, leading strategic engagements with global advertising platforms, DSPs, and Ad Exchanges, while collaborating across internal teams—including operations, product, and technology—to achieve key partnership goals. Job Responsibilities: 1. Business Development and Growth - Build and maintain relationships with global DSPs, Ad Exchanges, SSPs, and other advertising platforms. - Formulate strategies to promote Xiaomi’s traffic monetization offerings and identify new business opportunities to drive continuous growth in overseas advertising revenue. 2. End-to-End Customer Management - Lead the full business lifecycle: from prospecting and deal negotiation to contract execution and performance growth. - Be data-driven—track performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose timely strategies to boost revenue. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration - Coordinate closely with internal teams, including product, operations, and engineering, to ensure seamless implementation of client requirements and partnership plans. 4. Strategic Partnership Management - Take ownership of relationships with advertising and app ecosystem partners. - Identify strategic opportunities in business model innovation, tech integration, and market expansion. - Drive long-term collaboration plans that align with mutual business goals and reinforce Xiaomi’s industry position. 5. Market Insights and Strategy Optimization - Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor strategies. - Collect customer feedback and refine demand-side promotion strategies to improve market competitiveness.
