 For our GBS team, we are looking for a Junior Specialist to help us drive GBS P2P within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.
 You'll make an impact by 
 • Proactively contacting suppliers with registration requests for a web-based platform
 • Requesting suppliers to provide material substance declarations as required within this platform
 • Staying in close contact with suppliers, assisting, reminding, and performing calls to ensure that all requested information is properly entered into the platform
 • Checking whether all categories and substances are completely filled out by suppliers within this platform
 • Tracking the registration process in Siemens' internal web tool and following up on target dates
 • Regularly reporting the process progress to management and Siemens customers
 • Preparing reports and supporting digital project tasks
 • Supporting other functional tasks assigned by the supervisor

Also ensuring the right tone and structure is used. • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve customer experience and team performance/adherence to quality standards • Analyse data and prepare reports on quality assurance findings, identifying areas for improvement. • Conducting Root Cause Analysis to identify and evaluate quality trends, and contributing to the improvement of controls and reports. • Reporting any compliance failures to the Head of Quality and Complaints. 3. Complaints Handling: • To handle and manage complaints within the regions mentioned previously, experience is not required as training will be given.
