任职要求
1、具备良好的数学建模和算法开发能力，熟悉至少一种编程语言，如MATLAB/Simulink，C/C++或Python，有使用车辆仿真平台（如PreScan、Carsim、CARLA）进行算法测试和验证的经验者优先； 2、熟悉常见的规划/控制算法，如Lattice，QP，PID、LQR、MPC等； 3、熟悉AEB/FCW，TJA/ACC/VLC或LKA/LCC/ELK/ALC等ADAS功能，至少有1-2个相关项目量产经验优先； 4、熟悉车载CAN，以太网通讯原理； 5、具有良好的英文阅读能力，需要对接海外车企项目； 6、工作认真负责，良好的团队合作能力、沟通能力和问题解决能力。
工作职责
1、负责规控算法开发的设计、开发、调试和改进，包括但不限于AEB/FCW，TJA/ACC/VLC或LKA/LCC/ELK/ALC； 2、负责规控功能软件在新车型的适配； 3、独立负责规控功能算法开发的实现，新算法的调研，开发和仿真验证； 4、配合其他模块工程师完成与其他部门协同完成系统集成和调试工作。
