任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,计算机、数学、统计等相关专业,具备扎实的计算机或数理统计基础,熟练掌握常用的机器学习、时序预测、深度学习算法; 2. 优秀的编码能力,熟练掌握常用的机器学习模型如lightGBM,熟练掌握tensorflow、pytorch等深度学习框架,熟悉Python语言; 3. 有大数据项目经验,熟练掌握hive、spark数据处理能力; 4. 优秀的学习能力和主动性、数据洞察和问题分析能力,具备团队合作精神。
工作职责
1. 主要负责两轮车调度、换电及资产保全相关的业务应用算法核心模型开发; · 调度算法:单车和助力车的日常调度算法设计,包含点位选址、需求预测、派单系统等; · 换电算法:共享助力车的换电算法设计,主要涉及换电任务生成以及派发; · 资保算法:通过算法识别路面上两轮车的故障、失联车,辅助前线提前干预车辆,提高路面车辆质量。 2. 深入了解两轮B端业务,在已有技术模型框架下持续优化线上模型,带来算法增量收益。
