任职要求
1）1-3年的算法工作经验，本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、通信、自动化等相关专业，有实际项目经验者优先 2）熟练运用python/Java/C++至少一种语言、掌握Linux shell常用操作；有spark/hadoop/hive相关分布式大数据处理经验 3）能够独立负责项目，完成策略设计、模型开发、服务上线等全链路工作，并和团队成员形成良好合作； 4）具备良好的逻辑思维能力，能够合理设定项目目标并根据目标制定解决方案，在项目过程中基于数据分析制定策略优化方向，并能够与业务团队清晰沟通策略实现方案；
工作职责
1、负责两轮车B端场景的模型设计、开发和迭代优化，包括但不限于需求预测、时效预测、匹配派单等，为线上算法策略服务提供支持 2、深入了解业务，与产品、工程、业务团队紧密合作，运用数据分析对业务数据进行挖掘，抽象并定义算法问题，进行建模优化，提供有效的业务解决方案 3、综合运用时序预测、机器学习、图模型等前沿技术和算法策略，解决两轮车B端场景的复杂问题
