Job title: Commercial Card Product 

Job Description: 
We are looking for a highly analytical Card Transaction Success Rate Optimization Specialist to focus on improving our BIN transaction success rates and optimizing card product performance across new industries. This position will be instrumental in identifying and implementing strategies to boost success rates in payment transactions, especially for emerging sectors.


Key Responsibilities: 

- Analyse transaction data to identify patterns and issues that impact BIN transaction success rates.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize BIN transaction routing and approval rates.
- Collaborate with acquiring banks, issuers, and card networks to resolve transaction failures and reduce decline rates.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to enhance the transaction processing framework for new industries.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement of transaction success rates.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices for optimizing transaction flows.
- Assist in scaling the card product solution for new industries by ensuring high transaction approval rates.
