Build and foster relationships with senior executives in business, product, engineering, finance and tech within customers’ organization Drive overall account health including product development, payments performance, cost optimization, account renewals & growth, and customer satisfaction Support expansion of your customers, identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, and ensure customers are satisfied with Antom services Coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders (including financial institution business development, product, tech, legal, and compliance) to launch projects for customers Leverage industry knowledge to set account strategies, and execute deals and initiatives Manage strategic planning and negotiation/expansion with our customers Manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions and commitment to a shared goal
Manage strategic planning and negotiation/expansion with our customers. Build and foster relationships with senior executives in business, product, engineering, finance and tech within customers’ organization Drive overall account health including product development, payments performance, cost optimization, account renewals & growth, and customer satisfaction, increase overall share of wallet Manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions, upsell new products, solutions, value added services, identify new opportunities, ensure customers are satisfied with Antom services, drive incremental outcomes Coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders (including financial institution business development, product, tech, legal, and compliance) to launch projects for customers
• Personalization Strategy: Define the product vision for recommendations across all surfaces—home feed, search results, notifications, emails. Balance relevance, diversity, and business objectives. • Algorithm Partnership: Work closely with ML engineers to translate model improvements into user-facing features. You don't need to code, but you should speak the language of precision/recall. • Experience Innovation: Design new recommendation formats beyond "You might like." Think explanation UI, user controls, social proof integration. • Metrics & Experimentation: Define success metrics beyond CTR. Run sophisticated experiments to prove long-term value. Champion user satisfaction alongside engagement. • Cold Start & Edge Cases: Solve the hardest problems—new users with no history, niche interests, explicit negative feedback handling.
Strategic Partnership • Develop financial models for cross-border remittance products, providing insights on pricing strategies, cost optimization, and market expansion; • Monitor FX exposure and liquidity risks, design hedging strategies to improve capital efficiency; • Collaborate with product teams to build end-to-end financial metrics (e.g. CAC, UE), enabling data-driven decision-making. Partner Management • Manage financial operations with global payout partners (e.g. Wise, Terrepay), optimize pricing strategy and routing logic; • Initiating new integration with global payout partners / banks and helping set the pricing scheme with BD team; • Develop reconciliation frameworks for agent channels, resolve discrepancies (e.g., FX rate gaps) through automated settlement systems. Budgeting & Performance • Lead annual budgeting and monthlly forecasting, analyze ROI deviations, and drive corrective actions; • Design KPI frameworks for business units, deliver monthly performance dashboards to executives; • Co-work with Mainland China team to performa the monthly closing & other booking/accounting issue.
● Monitor and analyze both payment and financial service performance metrics to ensure optimal outcomes, identify potential risks. ● Drive execution of strategic initiatives across payment service, embeded Insurance and digital credit, with critical insights and connectivity, working closely with internal teams across Alibaba International and Ant International. Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of strategic partnership program projects aligned with organizational goals. ● Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market analysis and collective feedbacks. ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape in the global e-commerce industry, especially in the financial service area. Explore, identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities by providing market insights and identifying product - market fit gaps ● Identify, as well as monitor strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for AIDC payment and financial business
