1.As the head of operations, ensure warehouse efficiency, quality, and cost metrics meet expectations by effectively managing daily operations. 2.Collaborate with headquarters and regional functions to implement headquarters' standards for the warehouse, optimizing and improving areas such as staffing, systems, processes, materials, equipment, and layout. 3. Develop and implement warehouse operation plans based on customer needs to guarantee service delivery. 4.According to business demands, devise plans for overseas warehouse relocation, transitions, and construction of new facilities, overseeing projects from start to finish. 5. Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. 5. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. 6. Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts including automated sorting machinery; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. 7. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions, report to Management 8. Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 9. Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 10. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 11. Contribute to North America BU level projects with the certain effort as needed.

Warehouse Operations Oversight: Monitor overall operations of the general warehouse, analyze delivery performance indicators, and develop improvement plans. Ensure the effective implementation and tracking of these initiatives. 2. Process Optimization: Lead the addition, optimization, and continuous updating of warehouse operational processes. Drive the development and improvement of the warehouse process system to enhance efficiency and scalability. 3. Logistics Supplier Management: Oversee the daily operations and performance of logistics suppliers, leveraging high-quality resources for optimal use.
