: As an Export Operations Specialist, • You'll manage daily export processes in collaboration with Logistics Service Providers and Ocean/Air Carriers, while proactively addressing operational exceptions for seamless origin operations. • You'll ensure strict compliance with Chinese Import/Export regulations throughout all operations. • You'll supervise the complete Ocean/Air freight cycle, including origin pickup, export documentation, warehouse operations, customs clearance, and delivery tracking. • You'll Support Amazon sellers as their main point of contact for Ocean/Air shipments, solve complex logistics challenges and handle escalations and recommend optimal shipping solutions based on seller needs and compliance requirements. • You'll work with global program and product teams to enable global product and program at origin. • You'll optimize procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

The Role The Supplier Operations Support team within Tesla plays pivotal role in shaping and improving upper stream supply chain excellence and contributing to the company's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.  Flawless and structured execution in the supply chain is crucial for efficient operations at Tesla's production facilities and ultimately enabling timely delivery of products to customers. As a Supplier Operations Specialist, you will need to ensure that suppliers provide accurate and timely advanced shipment notifications (ASNs), utilize approved packaging, compliant labels and consistent data, and adhere to Tesla's specifications throughout entire procure-to-pay process. Responsibility Manage a portfolio of suppliers, serving as the primary contact for questions and concerns related to shipment execution Develop process documentations and materials. Train and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they understand and comply with Tesla's requirements and standards Communicate with suppliers to root cause, resolve issues that impact Tesla’s operations efficiency and improve their ability to meet Tesla’s requirements. Conduct supply operations assessment at suppliers’ site before selection and during NPI phase to identify risk and improve their ability to meet Tesla’s requirement. Develop, deploy, measure and improve KPIs and create visibility within the supplier and with internal stakeholders on supplier performance and areas needing remediation and improvement. Lead projects incl. suppliers’ operations process improvement, mobile application optimization and deployment to improve overall compliance processes and generate consistent output and upstream supply chain data. Act as the point of contact for warehouse and receiving dock personnel to address and provide guidance on exceptions in Goods Receiving, ensuring a smooth and compliant process Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Material Planning, Inbound Logistics, Material Handling, Packaging, Quality, and Accounts Payable teams

Location: Warehouse in Chicago, USA Hourly rate: $25/hr - $30/hr Position Overview: As an Office Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily administrative management of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. You will directly support the Warehouse Manager by handling tasks such as personnel recruitment, attendance management, procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and external coordination, providing solid logistical support to the warehouse team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding of temporary warehouse workers to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs. - Oversee the employee attendance system, including recording and reviewing working hours, and addressing attendance discrepancies and payroll-related matters. - Procure office supplies, warehouse materials, and equipment, maintain inventory records, and control procurement costs. - Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and updates of equipment to ensure proper functioning. - Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination with external parties, such as government agencies, suppliers, and outsourcing labor companies, handling related documents and permits. - Assist with other administrative tasks, including document filing, meeting arrangements, and office environment maintenance.

Location: Onsite at our Bolingbrook, IL warehouse location Pay: $25/hr to $30/hr Position Overview: As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for the local logistics operations of the warehouse, including transportation arrangements, shipment tracking, exception handling, and accounting management. You will ensure efficient and cost-controlled logistics processes while collaborating closely with other teams to enhance overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Arrange local logistics transportation, including vehicle dispatch, route planning, and carrier coordination, to ensure timely sending and receiving of goods. - Track shipment status in real-time, update logistics information, and handle exceptions (e.g., delays, damages, or losses). Communicate with logistics suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to promptly resolve transportation issues and optimize service processes. - Manage the reconciliation, review, and payment application of transportation costs to ensure accurate accounting. - Maintain logistics data records, generate operational reports, and assist in analyzing logistics costs and service quality. - Comply with U.S. local logistics regulations to ensure operational compliance.
