任职要求
1.本科以上学历，Python/Go/C++ 3年以上开发经验，有数字人驱动系统、LLM系统、推理性能优化相关经验优先； 2.熟悉Unix/Linux操作系统原理，网络/shell/Mysql/Redis/MongoDB等常用中间件； 3.全面的软件知识结构(操作系统、软件工程、设计模式、数据结构)； 4.具备分布式系统、微服务架构、数据库技术、缓存技术、消息队列、rpc等相关技术经验更佳； 5.具备良好的分析解决问题能力，能独立承担任务和有系统进度把控能力。
工作职责
1.负责AI数字人、AI Agent/LLM业务系统工程架构设计、研发和演进，持续优化落地； 2.持续优化和重构现有系统，高效支持业务发展，主动思考创新； 3.关注相关前沿技术，引入新技术和新方案，不断提升产品的表现力和行业竞争力； 4.主动分析和发掘现有系统的问题，定位系统瓶颈，不断提升服务性能/稳定性/可用性/可扩展性。
