任职要求
1.数学、统计、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2.具备一定的代码开发能力，至少能熟练掌握一门数据分析建模工具，如：SQL、Scala、Python，有基于Hadoop/Spark大数据平台开发经验； 3.数据结构/算法基础扎实，熟练掌握机器学习相关理论知识，并具有一定实践经验； 4.熟悉NLP、计算机视觉、多模态及相关知识； 5.具有良好团队协作能力、有较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力和责任感； 6.有信息安全经验者优先。
工作职责
1.负责搭建并持续优化视频号内容安全系统； 2.负责持续优化机器召回模型，完善安全策略基建； 3.负责建立机审和人审结合的方式快速发现和打击信息违规问题，为视频号及相关业务发展提供安全保障。
