1.熟悉Linux开发环境，扎实的数据结构和算法功底，具备快速分析定位问题能力； 2.熟悉DeepSeed、Megatron等分布式训练框架，熟悉至少一种深度学习框架（如Pytorch)，熟悉C++、Python等语言； 3.熟悉容器化、分布式系统、缓存技术、消息队列、rpc等相关技术； 4.在LLM推理框架开发、transformer推理加速方面有经验者优先；大学期间具备ACM奖牌经历优先。
工作职责
1.AI推理服务扩展性、稳定性优化，实现多机多卡模型训练与推理； 2.参与企业微信机器学习、深度学习模型落地的工程化开发，开发稳定、可用的AI服务并持续维护； 3.大模型技术前沿追踪以及框架应用。
