工作职责
1.HR场景AI系统开发：主导HR核心场景的AI系统设计与开发，实现业务流程自动化与智能化，提升HR服务效率； 2.模型工程化落地：将预训练语言模型（LLM）与HR业务结合，通过RAG（检索增强生成）技术构建企业知识库问答系统，解决用户个性化问题； 3.设计并优化AI模型推理服务，确保高并发、低延迟的稳定性； 4.数据驱动的工具开发：开发数据分析工具，利用工具输出可视化报告； 5.持续优化模型性能（如压缩、量化），平衡准确率与资源消耗，确保系统在企业级环境中的可用性。
