1.参与 OpenClaw 核心 Gateway 与 Agent Runtime 的设计与开发； 2.优化消息处理流程、mutil-agent多模型调度和session会话管理机制； 3.设计和开发 OpenClaw 插件（Skills）和插件 （plugins），了解OpenClaw核心引擎和生态演进； 4.设计并实现高性能 WebSocket 通信协议与数据流架构； 5.负责核心模块的代码质量、性能调优与技术文档编写，参与技术方案评审，推动架构演进。
