工作职责
What the Role Entails
Responsibilities
Advise on a wide range of legal and commercial matters, including cloud services, AI, technology licensing, open source software, and export control compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex software licensing, cloud services, cloud infrastructure, channel distribution agreements, and other general commercial agreements.
Collaborate with external counsel and other Tencent attorneys worldwide (around 500 lawyers) , including in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the EU, the UK and the US, to provide compliance and regulatory analysis for international business initiatives.
Identify potential legal risks, compliance gaps and regulatory challenges, and prepare creative, practical solutions to help business teams mitigate risks.
