任职要求

工作职责
· 编写代码实现产品功能，完成项目开发，撰写相关文档，参与需求分析; · 能够在团队中完成Code Review的任务，确保相关代码的有效性和正确性，并能够通过Code Review提供相关性能以及安全的建议； · 协同产品、运营团队，推动业务及项目落地，持续优化升级现有软件产品和系统，及时响应线上故障，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷。 · 指导初级Java工程师根据产品需求进行开发，保证开发效率和代码质量。 · 负责核心技术问题的攻关，架构设计、系统优化，协助解决项目开发过程中的技术难题; · 了解互联网的技术发展、评估外部技术与解决方案。
工作职责： 1、KOL合作素材与文档快速整理 高效收集、分类及归档KOL合作中的关键文件（合同、报价单、内容brief）、创意素材（图片/视频原片）、发布链接及数据截图，确保云端/本地库实时更新、标签清晰、一键可查。 2、跨部门信息拉通与进度追踪 作为团队“信息枢纽”，按需求对接各组别及部门，同步KOL项目需求（如样品寄送排期、合规审核节点），实时更新进度表并预警延迟风险。 3、日常执行清单管理与事务支持 维护KOL项目执行清单（含截止日期、责任人、交付状态），协助处理日常事务：安排会议、整理会议纪要、跟进待办事项，确保任务闭环。 4、KOL内容发布合规初筛与存档 快速核查欧洲地区KOL发布内容是否标注广告标签（如#ad）、@品牌账号、使用指定话题，完成基础合规检查并截图存档。 5、内部协作工具维护 统一管理团队共享文档（如KOL资源池、项目日历）、协作看板，及时清理冗余信息，确保信息源简洁有效。 6、全球顶级体育IP资源的激活与市场洞察 协助开展体育IP激活相关工作，负责竞品调研，收集并分析市场动态，并支持团队完成其他与IP相关的项目任务。
