工作职责
1. 搭建数据指标体系和分析体系，完成住宿行业常规商业数据分析； 2. 结合自身研究经验通过专题分析，提出合理的数据解决方案和意见，提升数据价值，为公司商业决策、产品方向、运营策略、用户增长等提供数据支持； 3. 有产品意识，主动总结沉淀分析思路，通过工具化产品化的方式赋能团队。 4. 根据业务场景需要，利用合适的机器学习模型，解决业务问题，提升效率。 5. 以英文为工作语言与各国合作伙伴沟通交流，助力海外业务发展。
