任职要求
1 计算机，数学或者统计学等相关专业研究生及以上学历； 2 熟练掌握机器学习，深度学习的基础理论和方法。熟练使用python等编程语言，熟悉一种或者多种深度学习框架，包括Tensorflow/Pytorch等； 3 有GPT/Llama等模型优化与实践经验，熟悉SFT、LoRA、P-Tuning等微调技术，具有良好prompt工程能力； 4 扎实良好的数学基础，良好的英文阅读能力； 5 具有独立研发和核心算法的优化能力，具有优秀的编程基础以及动手能力，丰富的业务落地实战经验，优秀的快速学习能力。
工作职责
1.参与特色发现和内容挖掘的算法能力建设，包括但不仅限于内容挖掘、标签生产、热点特色发现、特征工程； 2.参与业务分析、特征构建、模型建立、算法实现等过程。通过高质量的内容给相关业务赋能，结合业务特点做算法改进和技术创新用于实际业务； 3.探索大模型的研发和应用，研究相关技术在信息抽取、多语言扩展、标签打标、运营提效等领域的全新应用和解决方案。
