任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上相关工作经验； 2、熟练掌握 React/React Native Web/React Native/Taro/Node 等； 3、具备以下任意能力和经验者优先：框架与组件库的架构设计与开发、跨端开发、国际化、AI工具； 4、能深入了解常用框架以及对框架有定制修改能力； 5、对前端工程化有深入理解，具备“对开发者友好”的API设计能力； 6、了解不同浏览器平台的特性，能够很好地解决兼容问题，并对性能优化有深入的实践经验。
工作职责
1、主导大前端应用框架架构设计与研发，包括H5、React Native，小程序等应用框架； 2、主导大前端研发平台建设，涉及系统架构、开发、测试、部署、运维等环节； 3、主导研发效率提升工具开发，基于nodejs、rust等技术并结合AI（如代码生成、智能优化、自动化测试等）提升研发效率和质量。
