负责国际火车业务后端系统的架构设计与开发，确保系统的高性能、高可用性和高度可扩展性，保障系统稳定运行。推行代码规范和工程流程，持续跟进并解决系统运行中的技术问题，分析和优化性能瓶颈，预防和治理技术风险，以提升系统质量。深入理解业务需求和发展方向，制定并实施适合的技术方案，确保业务需求的高效交付。跟踪行业动态和技术发展，及时引入新技术和工具，提升团队的技术能力和开发效率。与各产品研发团队密切协作，主导或参与跨团队技术方案的沟通和设计，推动跨团队需求的合作。
