1. At least 8 years of experience in marketing, own experience in team management, preferably within the tourism or hotel accommodation industry

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

3. Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices

4. Familiarity with behavioral insights and nudging, as well as good knowledge and understanding of OTA/ Travel industry

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment
