团队简介 我们负责携程酒店所有列表页 / 推荐位 / 房型位的排序与推荐策略落地，是酒店业务最核心的流量入口之一。日常工作横跨在线服务工程化与算法策略落地：完整的召回 → 粗排 → 精排 → 重排、实时 / 离线特征工程、A/B 实验。团队工程文化扎实，鼓励既懂工程也懂模型的同学加入。 岗位职责Owner 一块在线排序 / 推荐服务（如酒店列表智能排序、推荐场景排序、房型推荐等场景），负责架构演进、性能优化和稳定性建设维护并优化召回 - 粗排 - 精排 - 重排完整链路：包括与特征填充服务、DNN 推理服务、重排策略框架的协作集成推动 DNN 排序模型的在线推理工程化：模型版本管理、性能调优（P99 延迟、CPU/GPU 资源效率）与算法同学共建重排 / 粗排策略框架，把扶持、打散、规则、智能定价等策略安全高…
