任职要求
1、计算机及相关专业硕士及以上学历， 5年以上移动端开发工作经验。 2、熟练TypeScript、JavaScript、NodeJs、WebAssembly、vue、react、ES6+，具有一定React Native开发经验。 3、熟悉React Native框架原理，对RN组件化、性能优化、原生问题处理、兼容性处理等有相关经验。 4、熟悉浏览器渲染原理，对网页、小程序、RN等各种场景下的加载有一定的优化经验。 5、熟悉http及webservice相关网络协议，对web性能优化、常见漏洞有深入的理解。 6、对优秀、先进的前端框架和库的设计原理与实践有浓厚的兴趣，学习能力强，有较强的问题分析、处理能力，以及设计能力，能独立分析和解决问题。 7、 工作严谨认真，能承受工作压力； 具良好的敬业精神、沟通能力和团队合作精神。
工作职责
1、 负责APP、H5、小程序混合开发前端框架设计，各类交互设计与代码实现。 2、 负责对接产品需求，提出产品设计建议，并提供技术方案。 3、 与产品经理，后端开发工程师、测试人员通力协作（沟通，开发，测试，部署等），完成高质量交互呈现，数据呈现。 4、 带领团队攻坚前端技术难题和重要项目课题。 5、 参与前端前瞻性创新能力输出，负责科研项目申报。
