任职要求

本科及以上学历，海外留学背景，计算机、信息管理、工程管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。
 Bachelor’s degree or above with overseas study background, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering Management, or Business Administration.
曾有项目管理经历（如学生社团、校园活动、志愿者项目、个人活动组织经验等）。
 Prior project management experience (e.g., student associations, campus activities, volunteer projects, or personal event organization).
对项目管理有强烈兴趣，具备良好的逻辑思维和解决问题能力。
 Strong interest in project management with solid logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够跨部门协作。
 Good communication and teamwork abilities; capable of coordinating across functions.
具备优秀的 PPT 制作与表达能力，能够高效产出高质量成果。
Excellent PowerPoint design and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs quickly.
较强的文档编写与数据分析能力，熟练使用 Office 工具。
 Strong documentation and analytical skills; proficient with MS Office Suite.
英语口语与书面表达流利，能够与国际团队顺畅沟通；掌握其他语种者优先。
 Fluent in English (both spoken and written), capable of working with international teams; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
具备责任心和抗压能力，能够在快节奏环境下成长。
 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

工作职责

协助资深项目经理完成项目全过程管理，包括需求调研、方案设计、进度跟进、交付与验收。
 Assist senior project managers in end-to-end project management, including requirement gathering, solution design, progress tracking, and delivery acceptance.
组织和协调跨部门会议，撰写会议纪要并跟进落实，确保项目顺利推进。
 Coordinate and organize cross-functional meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure smooth project execution.
制定和跟踪项目计划，及时识别风险并推动解决。
 Develop and monitor project plans, identify risks, and assist in driving timely resolution.
整理与维护项目文档（如需求说明、测试报告、周报、用户手册等）。
 Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirement specifications, testing reports, weekly updates, and user manuals.
参与客户沟通与培训，协助解决实施过程中的问题。
 Support client communication and training, assisting in resolving issues during implementation.
积极学习项目管理方法和工具（如 PMP、敏捷、Jira、Confluence），提升专业技能。
 Actively learn project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence) to improve professional skills.。
