Java基础与业务开发能力: 1、0-5年Java开发经验,对技术有热情,学习能力强。 2、具备扎实的Java基础知识,深刻理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架,对JVM原理有一定了解。 3、掌握主流开发框架,如SpringBoot、Dubbo、Mybatis等,并能深入理解其核心原理和机制。 4、熟悉分布式系统、多线程编程及高性能的设计与编码,具备一定的性能调优经验。 5、具备良好的系统分析能力、抽象思维和逻辑思维能力,能够独立分析复杂问题并提出有效的解决方案。 6、能够承受一定的工作压力,有强烈的质量意识以及资金安全意识。 AI技术理解与应用能力: 1、对AI技术在业务场景中的应用有浓厚兴趣和深入思考,理解AI如何为业务带来价值。 2、了解常见的机器学习算法(如分类、回归、聚类等)及其应用场景。 3、熟悉至少一种主流AI框架(如TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn等)者优先。 4、对大语言模型 (LLM) 的基本原理和应用有所了解,例如Prompt Engineering、RAG等技术。 5、了解AI Agent智能体开发、向量数据库等相关技术者优先。 6、具备将AI能力集成到Java应用中的实践经验,或有相关项目经验者优先。 7、具备快速学习和掌握新兴AI技术的能力,并能将其与业务需求相结合。
工作职责
1、参与面向AI的增值、支付、电商等业务需求分析、系统设计以及核心功能的Java后端开发与实现。 2、负责将AI模型、算法与现有及未来的业务系统进行集成与优化。 3、探索和实践AI技术在提升用户体验、优化业务流程、数据驱动决策等方面的应用。 4、与AI工程师、产品经理、数据科学家等团队成员紧密协作,共同推进AI赋能的业务项目落地。 5、负责相关系统的性能优化、稳定性保障以及技术难题的攻关。 6、跟踪AI技术发展趋势,并将其应用于实际工作中,持续提升团队的技术能力和业务价值。
