任职要求 -计算机、人工智能、机器学习、统计学等相关专业本科及以上学历 -熟练掌握 Python、PyTorch 及主流大模型训练和推理框架 -熟悉大语言模型及视觉语言模型,理解多模态编码、跨模态对齐、信息融合和多轮交互等关键技术 -具备文本、图像、音频或视频中至少两类模态的算法实践经验 -熟悉 SFT、偏好优化、知识蒸馏、Reward Model 或 Agent 等技术中的一种或多种 -具备 Judge Model、Rubric、金标集、评测校准或自动化评测体系建设经验 -熟悉准确率、召回率、F1、GSB、人机一致率及…
