任职要求 -基本资质：本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、电子信息工程、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，5年以上云计算、智算、AI解决方案架构设计相关工作经验；有大型混合云或智算项目架构负责人经验者优先 -混合云核心能力：精通混合云架构设计理念，熟悉主流云与私有云核心服务；掌握虚拟化、容器化（Docker/Kubernetes）、微服务、分布式存储、虚拟网络等核心技术；具备混合云数据迁移、算力调度等方案设计经验 -百度昆仑芯P800专项要求：深入熟悉百度昆仑芯P800芯片的硬件架构、性能参数（如算力、卡间互联带宽等）与软件生态；具备基于P800的大模型训推适配、性能优化经验，有P800多卡集群部署与运维经验者优先；熟悉昆仑芯软件栈（驱动、编译器、模型优化工具）及主流深度学习框架在P800上的适配方法 -…
