任职要求
-计算机或电子类专业，有编程实操经验，精通C/C++编程，至少熟悉一门脚本语言，python、shell或其他，熟悉rust加分 -熟悉语音识别领域的基本概念，包括语音唤醒，VAD，识别等，有实际算法引擎开发优化经验优先 -了解主流语音DSP的指令集以及加速方法、嵌入式Linux, RTOS等嵌入式操作系统架构及内核的加分 -精通C、C++、汇编编程，具有相关的实际应用开发经验、精通多线程加速，DSP相关移植，单指令多数据加速，进程间通信的优先 -优秀的分析与解决问题的能力，良好的沟通与团队合作能力
工作职责
-负责语音识别、VAD、唤醒、OCR等算法引擎的开发、优化、交付等 -负责语音相关算法的DSP相关移植工作 -负责与语音算法团队进行相关技术的验证优化 -语音产品线上问题分析与跟踪，协助业务部门解决语音算法落地问题
