-计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上数据库内核开发经验 -精通数据库原理、数据结构和算法，对数据库系统内部机制有深入了解 -熟悉数据库性能调优技术，如索引优化、查询优化、并发控制等 -精通C/C++编程语言，具备良好的编程习惯和代码风格 -熟练掌握至少一种主流数据库（如MySQL、PostgreSQL等）的内核实现，有实际开发经验者优先 -具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能与其他团队成员有效协作 -为MySQL、PostgreSQL等开源社区提交过缺陷或修复补丁者优先
