任职要求 -计算机/人工智能/数据分析相关专业，要求有较强的工程应用开发能力（强需求），本科及以上学历（硕士优先） -具备严谨的数据思维，熟悉数据核对与校验方法（如SQL查询验证、Excel函数交叉核对、BI工具数据比对等），能识别数据错误并推动修正 -掌握Python基础，了解SQL或BI工具（如Tableau、Power BI）的基本操作 -熟悉大模型工具的使用；会大模型应用开发（强需求），对AI技术（如大模型、RAG、Prompt工程）有深入了解 -具备实际的工程化构建能力，能够自行搭建k8s,docker等容器化环境，自行部署编译出的工程 -细心、责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力，能清晰表达数据结论与优化建议 -有数据分析项目经验（如课程设计、竞赛、实习），曾通过数据分析推动产品优化或流程改进 -熟悉智能运维场景下的数据处理…
