任职要求
-有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析、归纳、解决问题 -具备良好的服务意识，责任心，乐于学习分享，良好的团队沟通协作能力 -有扎实的前端技术和计算机基础，包括但不限于 HTML / CSS / JavaScript / ES6 / Webpack / Http / 数据结构等 -精通至少一门 MVVM 框架，如 AngularJS/Vue/React，使用 React 开发过大型项目或者复杂单页面应用者优先 -掌握至少一门服务端编程语言，有 NodeJS 实战经验， 熟悉 Python 更佳 -对前端性能优化、解决多浏览器兼容性问题有一定的经验，有实际案例者优先 -有自己的技术产品、开源作品或活跃的开源社区贡献者优先
工作职责
-参与重点垂类产品的建设，为百度旗下产品提供稳定高质量的服务 -持续的性能优化和架构升级，不断提升团队效率和产品的用户体验 -挖掘各类运营创新玩法，探索增长路径 -沉淀各类提效工具脚手架、检测工具等，提高开发效率
