任职要求
-计算机、数学、统计等相关专业硕士及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验 -扎实的数据结构和算法基础，熟练掌握Python等编程语言 -熟悉主流的深度学习框架，如PyTorch、Paddle等，具备丰富的模型训练和优化经验 -了解Langchain、LlamaIndex等大模型应用框架的设计思路和实现 -具备优秀的团队协作和沟通能力，能够独立承担项目并推动落地
工作职责
-负责大模型应用开发平台的算法设计与优化，提升开发者在平台上的体验与应用效率 -研究并应用前沿的深度学习和机器学习算法，推动大模型在实际业务场景中的应用落地，重点关注RAG、Agent、工作流等能力方向 -深入掌握Function Call，代码解释器，Post-training等原理及常用方法 -与产品、工程团队紧密合作，理解业务需求，制定相应的算法解决方案 -持续优化算法的效率和效果，确保平台的高性能和高可用性
