任职要求
-本科及以上学历，能实习4个月及以上 -精通JavaScript、Ajax、ES6、Node等开发技术 -精通HTML、CSS等网页制作技术，熟悉页面架构和布局 -了解模块化、前端编译和构建工具，例如webpack、gulp等 -熟练运用主流的前端JS库和开发框架react、vue等，并深入理解其设计原理 -熟悉W3C标准，对表现与数据分离、Web语义化等有深刻理解 -学习能力强，拥有优秀的逻辑思维能力 ，同时热爱探索AI技术 -了解Langchain、LlamaIndex等大模型开发框架，熟悉大模型AI应用开发工具和流程，具备基本的AI算法和模型知识，熟悉Python等优先
工作职责
-支持业务发展，承担百度小程序前端模块和AI原生应用的设计、开发工作 -与产品、后端、设计师紧密配合，提升百度小程序和AI应用的体验 -持续跟进web端和AI领域的最新技术发展和趋势，为团队提供有价值的技术输出，协同团队在AI领域进行技术创新 -参与AI原生应用的调研、研发、上线流程，可以独立负责其中的一部分模块，保证项目的质量和进度，为公司的业务发展提供技术支持
