1、985/211高校计算机相关专业硕士在读，2026年毕业 2、扎实的Java编程能力，熟悉Spring Boot/Cloud微服务架构开发 3 、具备以下AI工程经验优先： - RAG技术实践：使用过LangChain/LLamaIndex等框架构建检索增强系统 - Agent开发：参与过对话系统、任务型Agent或自动化流程开发项目 4、 熟悉数据库优化，掌握PostgreSQL/MySQL等关系型数据库开发 能提供课程/科研项目中的代码片段（需包含AI相关模块） *本岗位需要进行3月以上的实习，实习考核通过后发放正式校招OFFER，实习表现优异的同学更有机会获得SP OFFER！
工作职责
1、开发AI驱动的基金交易核心系统，构建支持动态扩容的分布式架构，处理亿级并发交易请求 2、参与智能清算系统开发，结合机器学习算法优化千亿级资金数据的分布式计算与核对效率 3、搭建基于AI的实时行情预测接口，整合市场数据特征工程与深度学习模型推理服务 4、开发智能任务调度系统，运用强化学习优化分布式TA系统的资源分配与任务编排 5、构建交易风险AI监控模块，实现异常交易模式检测与自动化预警
