任职要求 【职位要求】 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先。 2、熟悉大语言模型与智能体基本原理，深入理解 ReAct、Plan-and-Execute、多智能体等主流范式的适用边界。 3、具备优秀的工程能力，熟练使用 Python，熟悉并发与异步编程，能够独立完成复杂系统的设计与落地。 4、有 Coding Agent、Deep Research 或同类智能体产品的实际落地经验，理解真实场景中的失效模式。 5、具备较强的问题定位能力，能够基于轨迹与日志分析定位智能体行为异常的根因。 6、具备良好的抽象与接口设计能力，以及跨团队沟通推动能力。 【加分项】 1、有智能体框架从 0 到 1 建设经验，或主导过有影响力的开源 Agent 项目者优先。 2、有 MCP / 工具协议、沙箱与虚拟化技术（Firecracker、Kata Containers、…
