工作职责
1、参与对话系统整体的架构设计，负责攻克团队在项目中遇到的疑难杂症 2、优化基于大模型对话的整体链路包括长短记忆、多轮、tool，planning，summary 3、构造更加高阶的对话系统模型解决复杂问题 4、引入新技术补足现有架构的短板（比如性能问题、缓存问题、安全问题、降级问题） 5、算法相关模块的工程化。（比如溯源、解析后处理、纠错等）
