任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业 优秀应届毕业生； 2. 有扎实的计算机专业理论基础：数据结构和算法，操作系统、网络、数据库基础理论； 3. 熟练掌握1门编程语言，熟悉Go、PHP、Java语言优先； 4. 良好的面向对象设计方法和编程思想，代码编程规范，逻辑思维能力强； 5. 善于分析问题和解决问题，强烈的上进心和主动性，良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力和学习能力; 6. 熟悉Kafka、Redis、k8s、docker、Js、Vue、React等研发经验者优先。
工作职责
1. 参与360商业产品CRM及广告主平台侧后端功能及通用技术框架、组件、API 等的设计和开发； 2. 参与业务需求分析、系统设计、完成高质量的代码编写、单元测试和文档编写工作、测试及发布上线工作，保证业务功能交付； 3. 参与后端服务的性能优化、系统架构设计、布署调整，保证线上服务的高可用性和稳定性； 4. 感知业务痛点，持续优化项目流程与工具，提升部门协同效率，保障服务系统稳定性和安全性。
