任职要求
1. 学历:计算机/电子/自动化/通信等相关专业硕士及以上学历(优秀本科可考虑); 2. 技能要求 1) 熟悉常用的深度学习框架(如PyTorch、TensorFlow等),能够使用框架快速搭建和训练模型 2) 熟悉常用的计算机视觉库(如Pillow、OpenCV、Scikit-Image等)和数据处理工具(如Numpy、Pandas等) 3) 在目标检测、语义分割、图像修复、图像生成等至少两个领域的项目经验 4) 加分项,了解模型小型化技术,主流大模型,多模型技术的架构和原理,掌握大模型微调、蒸馏等技术。
工作职责
1. 工作内容: 1)解决移动应用场景下各类图像问题,包括:目标检测/语义分割/图像增强/图像修复/图像生成; 2)进行场景图像/文档图像,多语言的OCR相关模型优化;利用多模态技术实现图像编辑/生成/理解。 2. 研究能力:具有良好的数据功底,熟练阅读CV、多模态领域的相关论文,可对论文中的算法进行复现。 3. 比赛经历:有相关数学建模、算法比赛的参赛经验,并获得较为靠前的名次。
