任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计、自动化及相关专业； 2、熟练掌握以下至少一门编程语言（Java/Python/C++/Go），熟悉数据结构和算法； 3、数学基础扎实，熟悉机器学习的基本理论和相关算法； 4、有较强的分析问题的能力，对解决有挑战性的问题充满激情； 5、具备良好的团队沟通与协作意识，有强烈的求知欲与进取心。 加分项： 1、了解数据库与操作系统，有扎实的计算机系统基础知识者优先； 2、熟悉深度学习常用模型，熟练使用任意一种主流深度学习框架者优先； 3、有广告、推荐、搜索算法或NLP、知识图谱实践经验者优先； 4、熟悉最优化理论，发表过KDD/AAAI/ACL/ICML等顶会论文者优先； 5、熟悉Hadoop/Spark等分布式系统，有大数据处理经验者优先。
工作职责
！！！稳定实习6个月且表现优异有转正答辩机会！！！ 1、对海量数据进行统计分析，寻找商业化变现的优化点与突破点； 2、利用TB级别的数据，应用最新机器学习算法，提升360商业化变现效率； 3、参与设计和优化各种商业化策略，支持商业化创新玩法； 4、在包含召回、排序、展现的整个营销链路上的模型持续优化。
