任职要求
计算机及相关专业本科及以上学历，熟练掌握C++/JAVA/PHP之一，熟悉unix/linux操作系统； 逻辑周密、设计严谨，扎实的数据结构基础，了解常见设计模式，能写出优雅简洁高效弹性的代码； 中大型互联网企业服务器端工作经验优先，创业公司工作经历优先；参与过大型软件项目的优先； 至少熟悉一种数据库编程，使用过memcache/redis/mongodb等常见nosql数据库之一； 有独立个人网站、博客者优先，有独立完成的网站者优先，参与开源社区或项目的优先。
工作职责
负责小程序后端业务的需求和架构、设计开发; 持续改进业务功能模块，保障系统承受不断增长的用户请求; 对业务接口和子系统进行监控，维护线上代码的稳定运行，参与服务器的日常运维; 应对高并发的服务压力和海量数据的分析和处理
