Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, brokerage, or financial services business development
- Proven track record of self-sourcing and acquiring HNW/UHNW clients — candidates must demonstrate an existing network or client book
- Strong understanding of AUM-based and Accredited Investor qualification frameworks
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a pure hunting/new business capacity
- Strong knowledge of investment products, brokerage services, and financial markets
- Relevant licenses/certifications (e.g., CMFAS modules) preferred or willingness to obtain
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or other regional languages is a strong advantage 
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently to build a client base from scratch
- High ethical standards and a client-centric mindset
