Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience in business development, partnerships or account management in a B2B or B2B2C setup
- Exposure to at least one of the focus areas: API or fintech partnerships, or the education sector; experience engaging institutional stakeholders is an advantage
- Educated to Degree standard (or equivalent) at least
- Good knowledge of financial markets and brokerage products
- Comfortable in technical conversations – understands how APIs and integrations work and can partner effectively with engineering teams (coding not required)
- Confident managing senior stakeholders, including institutional and academic counterparts
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including for student and educator audiences
- Highly numerate and computer literate; experience managing a pipeline in a CRM is an advantage
- A logical and analytical approach, and able to work to a consistently high standard
- Good time management skills and able to juggle multiple partner segments
- Compliance-minded, with experience working within a regulated financial environment, ideally under MAS

Initial focus: API Partners, and Institutes of Higher Learning & Financial Literacy

The Manager – Channels & Partnerships is responsible for originating, building and maintaining profitable, long-term B2B relationships between Tiger Brokers and its partners. The role develops strategic partner plans, identifies growth opportunities, negotiates agreements and manages ongoing relationships with existing and new partners, so that each partnership delivers distribution, brand value and client acquisition for Tiger Brokers Singapore.
