工作职责
① 协助完成跨境电商相关业务的B端用户研究工作,挖掘产品体验痛点及优化机会点; ② 协助完成跨境电商相关业务的行业市场/趋势研究、C端消费者研究,赋能产品规划方向; ③ 研究内容包括但不限于:行业研究、问卷调研、商家访谈、用户画像/体验研究、产品数据追踪等,在指导下输出研究报告。
1、负责搜索推荐流量策略的规划与设计,提升用户搜索和推荐的体验及转化效果。 2、分析用户行为数据,挖掘用户需求,优化流量分配策略,提高用户粘性和活跃度。 3、与技术、运营、数据团队紧密合作,推动策略的实施和迭代,确保产品目标的达成。 4、跟踪竞品动态,研究行业趋势,不断优化产品功能,提升搜索推荐的竞争力。 5、负责跨部门协调沟通,确保项目顺利进行,对产品效果进行持续监控和优化。 1、Responsible for planning and designing search and recommendation traffic strategies to enhance user experience and conversion. 2、Analyze user behavior data, uncover user needs, and optimize traffic allocation strategies to increase user stickiness and activity. 3、Collaborate with technical, operational, and data teams to drive strategy implementation and iteration, ensuring product goals are met. 4、Monitor competitors, research industry trends, and continuously optimize product features to enhance search and recommendation competitiveness. 5、Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project progress and continuously monitor and optimize product performance.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for creating, driving, and implementing research plans to discover actionable insights for creating the user experience for web-based applications and mobile devices. You will deliver the right user insights at the right time, helping project team to create digital products that are good for users and good for business. You will use your deep understanding of the methods and best practices of user research to experiment with mixed methods research to generate unique user insights and drive product innovation. You will mentor junior team mates to deliver high-quality outputs while working effectively on managing stakeholders, overlapping projects, and competing priorities. Responsibilities: • Drive ideas to improve products and services through research-driven insights and recommendations. • Independently design and execute research studies with effective research methods (e.g., desk research, interviews, focus groups, usability testing, surveys, competitive analysis, etc.), representative participant profiles, and efficient recruiting strategies. • Proactively review and perform data analysis to extract insights and actionable recommendations from qualitative or quantitative data, and collaborate with teams to translate insights into product and business impact. • Present your work at research critique sessions to collect constructive feedback from the team and leadership. • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers throughout the research, design, and product development processes. • Organize post-mortem reviews of your projects with collaborating teams, reflect on outcomes, and proactively suggest improvements. • Through knowledge sharing, leading by example, and constant learning, contribute to the team’s professional growth and development. • Constantly learn and implement AI in the workflow to enhance research efficiency, and proactively identify and suggest new tools for the team. • Effectively identify and implement new ways to conduct research, grow the team’s influence, and create impact.
1) Conduct comprehensive business insights analysis covering user behaviour, trend extraction, data interpretation, and insights generation in Search products. 2) Design and execute analysis to uncover insights critical for key business decisions. 3) Develop and maintain data frameworks, pipelines, and dashboards to identify and mitigate risks, as well as to capitalise on opportunities. 4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvements in Search products. 5) Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. 1. 进行全面的商业洞察分析,涵盖搜索产品中的用户行为分析、趋势分析、数据解读和洞察生成。 2. 设计和执行分析,揭示对关键业务决策至关重要的洞察。 3. 开发和维护数据框架、数据管道和报表,方便业务团队日常看数,及时发现机会点和风险点。 4. 与跨职能团队合作,了解需求,提供可操作的洞察建议,并推动搜索产品的持续改进。 5. 以清晰、有说服力的方式向决策层汇报分析结果,提供建议。
