任职要求
1、在大规模预训练、模型对齐、强化学习、RAG、Agent、对话系统、大模型应用等至少其中一个方向有深厚的项目经验和洞察力； 2、对大模型、NLP、多模态、深度学习等AI领域至少其中一个领域有丰富的知识积累和洞察力； 3、动手能力强，编程能力强。 加分项： 1、在AI领域的国际顶级会议或者期刊上作为核心贡献者有丰富的学术成果； 2、在开源社区发布有一定影响力的项目； 3、自我驱动能力强，团队协作能力强。
工作职责
1、 负责语言大模型（Large Language Model）的技术研究，包括但不限于Pretrain、SFT、RL等技术相关的算法研发、数据策略和合成、Infra策略优化等，以及相关的基础技术探索和创新等； 2、负责基础Pretrain模型、Instruct模型、推理模型等系列大模型的技术研发； 3、持续跟进并深入调研大模型前沿技术、开源方案，跟踪业内语言模型领域的最新进展并推进相关研究，打造业界影响力。
