任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习等相关专业。具有扎实的 C++ 编程功底； 2、5年以上互联网服务相关行业研发经验，具有良好的团队协作、沟通能力和解决问题的能力； 3、熟悉 LLM 对话大模型的技术发展，熟悉深度学习、自然语言处理、对话系统； 4、熟悉并能合理运用后端研发常用技术包括而不限于：存储、缓存、消息、搜索、微服务等； 5、有扎实的编程能力和代码品位，良好的数据结构和算法基础。 具备以下条件优先 1、具备大模型应用开发，有prompt、In-Context Learning 、Chain of Thought等相关经验优先； 2、熟悉大模型应用开发，有相关开发经验优先； 3、有 langchain、Autogpt等大模型开源框架等相关经验优先； 4、有搜索相关工程经验优先。
工作职责
1、负责大模型 RAG 和 Agent 框架多个模块的开发和升级工作，攻坚工程技术难点； 2、负责多模态对话、人机对话等新交互形态在产品应用中的设计和开发； 3、参与大模型 Ecosystem 解决方案的制定，推动平台/产品的稳定性、性能、开放性和扩展性建设。
