任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年及以上研发经验； 2、精通 TypeScript，熟悉 JavaScript、CSS3、HTML5 等前端技术，深入理解浏览器工作原理； 3、至少熟练掌握 Java、Python 或 Node.js 其中一种后端开发语言； 4、熟悉 LangChain、LangGraph 等 AI 应用开发框架，有 AI 应用开发实践经验； 5、熟悉前端工程化体系，在研发效率提升、质量保障和自动化等方面有一定的见解和实践； 6、熟悉 HTTP、WebSocket 等网络协议，了解前后端交互原理； 7、具备良好的团队协作精神和责任心，学习能力强，乐于不断学习新知识。 加分项 1、有大型 AI 应用落地实践经验，包括 LLM 应用开发、Agent 系统构建或知识库搭建等； 2、有 RAG 系统开发经验或模型微调经验； 3、有无代码/低代码平台建设经验； 4、对大模型应用开发有深入理解，能够设计并实现复杂的 AI 系统架构。
工作职责
1、负责运营技术 AI 应用的技术选型和方案设计、研发等工作，包括但不限于 Agent 开发、知识库搭建、模型训练等； 2、持续改进运营技术体系下的 AI 应用的架构和工程架构，能够将 AI 应用落地业务场景，优化开发流程、提升交付效率和开发体验； 3、研究前沿 AI 应用技术，跟踪新技术发展并运用到实际项目中。
