1、参与快手主站运营系统的工程实现，搭建一站式的运营平台，面向作者供给、内容供给持续做功； 2、主导快手主站热点、音乐、放映厅等核心垂类业务供给端的架构设计，构建高可用的业务支撑平台，具有同时满足C端高QPS和B端高复杂度挑战的技术能力； 3、持续关注AI前沿技术发展，能将AI技术（如Agent、Workflow、微调等）等创新方案落地到实际业务场景，助力业务提升效率和效果； 4、擅长系统抽象与模块化设计，具备从0到1搭建复杂分布式系统的经验。
