1、Linux系统知识扎实,精通C/C++/Golang语言中的一种; 2、深入了解 Linux 底层技术:多线程、网络编程、分布式系统开发; 3、深入了解分布式存储、数据库原理、对分布式数据库(如 TiDB/PolarDB/RocksDB/MongoDB 等) 有相关技术实战经验; 4、熟悉分布式共识算法如Raft/Paxos等; 5、具备以下条件的优先:深入了解数据库原理,有分布式数据库、存储系统的从 0 到 1 参与建设者。
工作职责
1、负责自研分布式NoSQL/NewSQL数据库内核存储层的研发与维护工作; 2、负责推动跨团队项目,与不同多模计算层一起合作,积极推动解决方案落地; 3、参与解决分布式系统重的容错、高可用性、性能和规模性挑战。
