工作职责
1、项目策划与操盘：独立策划和操盘平台A级整合营销活动（品牌周等）；从主题包装、节奏规划、核心玩法设计到目标制定，输出完整、可落地的整合营销方案； 2、跨团队项目管理：建立高效的大促虚拟项目组，作为PMO拉通产品、研发、市场、商家、达人、内容、法务、公关等多个协同方，管理项目全周期，确保各环节信息通畅、步调一致，对最终结果负责； 3、资源整合与协同：统筹和调配大促期间的站内外所有资源，包括开屏、热榜、搜索等站内流量，以及外部媒体、品牌联合、异业合作等市场资源，实现营销效果最大化； 4、商家与达人联动：制定大促期间清晰的商家和达人参与机制、激励政策和运营节奏，引导其深度参与，协同商家运营和达人运营团队，引爆大促期间的供给和内容生态； 5、实时监控与复盘：在大促期间，建立作战指挥室机制，实时监控核心数据，快速响应和处理突发事件；活动结束后牵头进行全面复盘，沉淀经验，形成方法论，指导未来的大促活动。
This role is one of the Solutions Architecture organization at AWS. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead innovations and transformational change with large Enterprise customers in their journey to cloud. The essential requirement includes experience of analytics area, especially in data warehouse and data lake technologies. Familiar with services and products related to data analysis, for example: Redshift, EMR, ElasticSearch, Flink, Spark, Hbase, Kafka, Kinesis, Trino, Hudi, Iceberg, etc.Experience with Data and AI projects and tool usage will be given priority.
1、负责海外站点技术架构解决方案整体架构设计，负责项目交付落地，整体把控项目交付节奏和关键风险，解决交付落地过程中的技术和业务难题； 2、深度参与业务规划，讨论并提出有建设性的意见，并积极协同跨团队的沟通与合作，推动项目进展； 3、负责对海外用户潜在需求进行深度分析和洞察，将共性存在的需求抽象成普适的方案，并保证产品方案的可落地性，推动产品能力不断成熟完善； 4、善用 AI Coding 工具（如 Claude Code 等）重塑方案交付范式：在架构设计、POC 验证、接口联调、文档沉淀等环节中深度应用 AI 辅助研发，将方案验证周期从"周级"压缩到"小时级"；沉淀团队可复用的 AI 辅助 SA 工作流（SKILL / Prompt / MCP 等），提升整体团队交付效率。
● The Integration Solution Architect (ISA) role resides within the Alipay Enterprise Presale Integration Solution (PIS) team and is responsible for leading key strategic activities such as Integration Solution Architecture creation and presentation as well as projects' implementation and maintenance. ● This person functions as a regional primary Technical Force for the Alipay global services and as such, provides a single point of contact for any relevant technical consultation required by external partners. The ISA routinely creates and presents multi-platform / multi-team Solution Architectures and estimates and so must be able to maintain good working relationships with business facing as well as technical constituents across multiple teams and Business Units. This role provides leadership for quality focused activities such as requirements Integration Detail reviews, Technical Design reviews, Test Plan reviews, and Impact Analysis reviews. Working closely with the BD and PD team, the ISA role consistently works to assure that any new Integration being done appropriately with the internal/external teams aligns with direction, best practices, and standards defined. ● Finally, the ISA must stay abreast of industry technology trends and direction as it relates to the Fintech and be able to present applicable advances and changes to help drive future looking initiatives.
